Returns & Damaged Items:
Defective items will be replaced with an identical item upon return of the defective item. We will make a replacement or credit depending on current inventory or customer request. We must be notified of defective items within 7 days of the date you received it. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges and insurance when returning items. Item(s) must be returned using a trackable shipping service. Please note if you have to return, you must return the package in its original condition. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
All returned merchandise must be in original factory conditions, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your return after we receive the item.

Scammers and Dishonest Buyers

- If the buyer claims that an item(s) was damaged during shipment, that buyer must return item(s) to receive refund. Or, images of the damage item(s) may suffice if, and only if distinct features that match item(s) shipped can be identified in submitted image. This may include serial number, special markings, etc.
- High value item(s) will be shipped requiring a signature confirmation from buyer.
- All identifying features of item(s) shipped to buyer will be stored and matched to that buyer. Such data will be in the form of images identifying special markings, serial number, model number, color, and other information and features for identifying item(s).
